DCC Fellow city Gelsenkirchen will present its visions of the digital future at MWC 2019 Barcelona from 25-28 February where they will have a booth throughout the exhibition and also speak at tech start-up session 4YFN.
MWC Barcelona (formerly Mobile World Congress) is the largest mobile event in the world, bringing together the latest innovations and leading-edge technology from more than 2,400 leading companies, with a highly-rated conference programme assembling today’s visionaries to explore the hottest topics influencing the industry.
The theme of this year’s event is ‘Intelligent Connectivity’ covering advanced technology solutions such as high-speed 5G networks, the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI) and big data.
You will be able to find the city of Gelsenkirchen in Hall 6, booth 6B40, where city Mayor Frank Baranowski and CDO Manfred vom Sondern will be available on Monday 25 February and Tuesday 26 February.
In addition, at approx. 12:45 – 13:00 o’clock on Monday 25 February, Gelsenkirchen will have a presentation at the 4YFN (4 Years From Now) session in Hall 8 about their strategy for digitization and Open Innovation Lab.
