The European Commission is conducting an assessment study on the implementation and performance of the Urban Agenda for the European Union (EU) since its launch via the Pact of Amsterdam in 2016 and is inviting stakeholders to contribute through an online survey.
The objective of the assessment is to explore possible ways to improve the UAEU's utility and effectiveness, thereby contributing to a shared understanding of the best ways to work with cities and support them in their development.
With all types of stakeholders invited to contribute from members of the general public to city and urban authority representatives, this could be particularly interesting for Digital Cities Challenge participants, as the initiative brings together a range of stakeholders in the city teams.
For this assessment, the views of stakeholders are central, and you are therefore strongly encouraged to reply to the Stakeholder Consultation.
The online consultation will be open until Sunday 30 June. For more information and to contribute to the Stakeholder Consultation click here.
